An exclusive luxury experience
Located in the beating heart of Ferrara's historic center, our properties are set in prestigious buildings protected by fine arts heritage. 'Le Suites di Giulia' represents the ideal environment for various types of Italian and international guests, in settings characterized by the pursuit of diverse, modern, and functional comforts, while maintaining an intimate and warm welcome to make every guest feel right at home. Every detail has been carefully curated to ensure an unforgettable stay, combining the elegance of contemporary design with the charm of Emilian history.
“Le Suites di Giulia”
was born from the vision of Gabriella, the owner of the properties.
A real estate agent for over 20 years and owner of a well-known agency in the historic center of Ferrara, located in the beautiful Via Cortevecchia at no. 31 and named after it, “Immobiliare Cortevecchia,” she has turned her great passion for real estate into her life's work. After years in sales and rentals, she decided to specialize in tourist hospitality, focusing exclusively on her own properties. She strives to make them special for her guests, with furnishings and details curated in every aspect, from the choice of materials to the functionality of the spaces.
All this with a clear perspective and goal: to give her guests a comfortable, welcoming, and above all, authentic environment. Her guests should feel pampered as if at home, taking away a pleasant and high-quality memory of Ferrara.
The name of her properties, “Le Suites di Giulia,” stems from a special and unique bond: that with her daughter Giulia, who now grown up, assists her in the management and welcome of guests, making this project even more personal and familiar.

What to do in Ferrara
These are just some of the wonders you can visit in our beloved Ferrara:

The Castello Estense
Built in 1385 as a fortress for political and military territorial control and the defence of the Este family. Since the 20th century it has become a venue for temporary and permanent museum exhibitions.

The Cathedral
Built from the 12th century onwards, it will leave you breathless thanks to the architectural styles that compose it: Romanesque, Gothic, and — inside — Classical.

Palazzo dei Diamanti
A symbol of the Italian Renaissance, it is famous for its diamond-shaped stone points that make it unique. Today you can admire fantastic exhibitions inside and works by artists from all over the world.

The City Walls
A fortified belt that once stretched thirteen kilometers around the entire city. Today, only nine kilometers remain, but they are all walkable and cyclable—ideal for relaxing strolls, much loved by four-legged friends too.

Via delle Volte
One of the most famous streets in the historic centre. Its name comes from the many arches that characterise it, dating back to the 13th and 14th centuries. Evocative and steeped in history, it remains one of the most beloved streets among tourists every year.
